Looking to spice up a tired old workout? Think TRX Suspension!

Bodyweight suspension training classes designed to build strength, improve balance, flexibility and core stability for members of all fitness levels.

Classes are offered daily in the Fitness Center.  Class size is limited to 6 participants.

Sign up at the Reception Desk or by phone the day of the scheduled class.
